I rarely ever do marketing events but today I participated in the Women's Expo in Tampa Bay. (Follow me on instagram to find out who my special assistant was today 😊 @wildflowerweightlossfl ) As I talked to hundreds of women about their weight loss goals, I saw this quote to be so true... when they didn't have a plan it felt just like a wish, and they were discouraged.

I want to remind you today to feel empowered by the fact that you not only have a goal for your weight and your health, but you have a plan to get there ...so you will!
