Just wanted to share a bit of a Wildflower win this week. Had my physical & bloodwork completed. My blood pressure is down to very normal levels, my cholesterol is reduced by 25 points and my BMI has dropped !! Seeing results makes such a difference in the motivation 🙌 Thank you Wildflower Team ☆☆☆☆☆

Ladies! I had the silliest non scale victory yesterday. My husband and I met some friends at Rock and Brews last night and they were hosting a beer stein holding competition. Thanks to our strength training, he won first place for men and I won second place for women! It wasn’t on my vision board, but it is definitely an accomplishment. I will be bragging and giggling about this for years to come! I’m in the middle and there were about 10 others and we all got beat by the toddler mom who thanked her baby for the win
