Summer Protein Shake β˜€οΈ

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share that I was recently in Target and found some fun new flavors of Oath clear protein powder: Sunrise passion punch πŸŒ…, pink lemonade πŸ‹ and island mango πŸ₯­ . I like getting the individual packets first to try the new flavors before committing to a full bag of the protein powder AND they are great for traveling! This is my favorite summer protein powder because it tastes great mixed with just water and ice (or blended in ice like a fun poolside drink 🍹).

I just realized the ice pop flavor collagen that I like is by Vital Proteins, but the Frosted Lemonade flavor I like is by Oath. Both taste refreshing.

Added veggies

Breakfast: Egg omelette with veggies (spinach, onions, peppers and mushrooms)


Lunch: Mixed veggie salad (red lettuce, beet leaves, edamame, chickpeas, onions, red peppers, tomatoes, Brussels sprouts (shredded), pumpkin seeds, homemade vinaigrette)


Dinner: Lentil burger, carrots, Lima beans, mashed cauliflower with mushroom gravy (veggie broth and soy sauce cooked down)


Snacks: Protein shake with banana, spinach, blueberries, flaxseed and chia seeds. (I use water in my shakes. Made a batch in the the Nutribullet and divided it into two servings)
