Greetings all! Does anyone use the Cook Unity meal service? If so, could you share your thoughts on food quality and also whether the packaging materials are recyclable? I'm currently using Metabolic Meals. The food is really good but I just can't stand the amount of packaging material, especially the ice gel packs that can only be trashed... and they make the box REALLY heavy. I understand Cook Unity has a recycled program if the meals are delivered in the insulated bag, rather than the box, so wondered if they have that here in the Orlando area. TYIA for any info!

New first post of sharing

Today makes one month on the plan and I have never been so happy of the choice I have made! I’m proud to share that I’m down 18 lbs at today’s weigh-in! 🎉


The progress is truly encouraging me to continue moving forward. I feel great, I have more energy, and I am being intentional and consistent with sticking to the program! I can honestly say I start programs and then stop but this is not allowing me to mentally!

It is hard to explain but I am sure some of you can relate! (I don’t crave sugar at all in 40+ years!)


I’m also doing my best to move my body as I can even if it’s just a little each day! Currently, my best friend of 35 years relocated to Florida and my current roommate! She is encouraging and supportive and eats healthier than I ever did a…

Hi WF Ladies! :)

I haven’t really posted since I started my journey about a month ago. Time has gone by so fast and the results I am seeing are incredible.

Not only on the scale but also my way of thinking when it comes to food.


Today I tried the Zucchini and Tuna Pasta Salad and it was delicious!


I warmed up the zucchini on a skillet so it wouldn’t be too hard and added some crumbled feta on top to add some more flavor. 10/10 recommend!
