PB Fit on sale at Costco through 9/13! Such a yummy protein additive to shakes and smoothies that blends so well!

Hi ! My "dessert" treat is plain, fat-free Greek yogurt that I mix 1 box of either sugar-free jello or pudding with it, for flavor. I get the large container of the Kirkland brand, it's really good & inexpensive. But I recently tried a brand of protein powder called ProDough instead. What I love is.....they come in single serving sizes, each about 120 calories with 25 gms of Whey protein and the flavors are amazing, a ton of different flavors!! Of course buying single pouches is a bit more expensive than a large container, I think they are $2.75 ish each. But the variety for me is worth it !! Every 4 or 5 days, I get a new flavor π They mix very easily with the yogurt and it thickens the yogurt up a bit. Delish π I just upped my protein gain π

Great for a macro friendly meal AND itβs cheap. For $5.90 cents, you get 2 tortillas (hard or soft), a protein of choice and two sides (fajita veggies and fresh pico for me). It also comes with a side of chips or piece of fruit (I got a clementine) and a small drink (diet coke!). This was about 275 calories - I added a bag of quest protein chips to up the protein. Just wanted to share as sometimes youβre out running errands and forget to pack a protein bar (itβs me, I forgot) and this hit the spot.
Not sure if this is where pictures regarding the challenge are posted, but here is my protein from the first day. Veggie beef hamburger (in the recipes) and sautΓ©ed zucchini. Yellow mustard for dipping. 23 grams of protein.
Thanks for the reminder. I did check the mustard prior to using. French's Yellow Mustard does not have any sugar listed.
Thank you!
