What do you eat in a day?

Would anyone be willing to post what they eat in a day? I'm eating the same items on repeat and would like to get some inspiration.

Here is my typical day:

Breakfast- scrambled eggs with veggies or a quick shake

Snack- yogurt

Lunch-chicken and veggies or salad

Snack- cheese stick or quest bar

Dinner- usually turkey tacos or chicken with a little brown rice and veggies/salad.

I wish the loss was a little quicker, feel free to add any comment. :)

I can relate to wanting to change things up a bit! I try not to always eat the same thing every day as a result. Weight loss is on the slow side for me as well, but I’m still pleased since I’m 64 and I’m managing to keep it off since December. The snack suggestions under the “fuel” tab have been very helpful. Sometimes I pick a new recipe and see how it goes. Hope this helps! Some Ideas:


Breakfast- one of the following

Plain oatmeal, protein powder, cinnamon (Recipe under breakfasts)

One of the smoothie recipes- mocha is great! Berries and chia seed is also tasty

1 cup Catalina crunch cereal with almond milk

Scrambled eggs, onions, mushrooms and/or spinach (weekends)

Packaged smoothies/ frappes from Numetra


Morning snack- one of the following

Catalina crunch 1/2 cup

Bumble Bee tuna packet

Light baby bell cheese minis

PBFit with apple

Chomps turkey sticks

Simple vanilla shake recipe


Lunch

Numetra Mac and cheese or fettuccine Alfredo (almost every day at work)

Melon or clementines and pumpkin seeds

Rye crisp cukes and cottage cheese

Cheddar cheese and cucumber


Afternoon snack

Numetra bar- various different ones

Quest chips (BBQ is the current fave)

Frigo light string cheese

Fairlife core power high protein milk shakes

Magic spoon grain-free cereal


Dinner

Matzo ball chicken soup Air fried halloumi (cheese) fries

Stir fry veggies and tofu with Shirataki “noodles”

One of the egg omelets

Turkey breast burger with guacamole, rice crackers and romaine salad

Hamburger barley soup - I used ground turkey breast instead- might be a lunch recipe

White bean chicken chili recipe
