So happy to see so many of you are losing so many pounds so fast. I am four years almost 5 out from gastric bypass had lost 140 pounds. Over the last two years I have put back on 50 which is why I am here learning what I need to learn again was a little disappointed the first week didn’t lose anything. I lost over 2 1/2 pounds the second week I can be happy with that.
