Off Scale Successes
I just want to share some off scale success. 3 weeks in . I have figured out how to start adding the activity into my crazy schedule . Most exciting I had blood work done on Friday and compared to blood work done in April. My fasting glucose is best itโs been in years, my triglycerides dropped 100 points (still not normal but closet) and my cholesterol is better! Thatโs what I am doing this for my health not just whatโs on the scale. ๐ฉท
