Sharing a Find

Hello all. I am really excited and grateful for this wonderful program. For the first time in my life, I'm actually excited about losing weight. My name is Giselle and I am 51 years old, married with three grown children and I work in healthcare. I don't particularly like cooking, so I am trying to find ways to meal prep with ease. At sprouts I found some delicious, frozen vegetables and I'm hoping to find varieties at Publix. I quickly do a stirfry with a tiny bit of oil and seasonings, pre-portion all my meals and snacks for the week so that it's a quick grab and go. I'd love to hear any tips or tricks you may have. I also love the meal replacement tortilla soup!

I love that you are so awesome at meal prep! It makes such a difference throughout the week. Stir-fry is a a great idea too… simple and tastes so good.


My favorite meal to prep is a big salad at the start of the week and add different proteins to it each day as my lunch. We use any remaining salad greens as side salads to go with dinner.
