This week in our coaching calls we are talking all about exercise. We will talk about goals, how to remain consistent and how to learn to enjoy it!

We are currently in the process of developing the Wildflower Favorites list which will provide discounted rates at Florida based gyms and fitness centers. This would give you the opportunity to use your Volt app in a gym setting and have some in person accountability.
