Having trouble eating

I know that’s the whole point of being on a GLP1. But I’m on day 5 and my appetite is not just suppressed but non existent. I’m usually a stress eater, and I just had a stressful family situation occur, and I have no idea where to put that energy. I’m mostly just venting, but is there anyone else who just started that experiences high levels of anxiety?

Getting outside: fresh air, sun, and movement helps a lot. Put on music you can get into or a podcast. I always feel better. Getting grounded - out of your head and focusing on external things, like on a walk - the clouds, birds, the wind on your face, the sun shining on your skin, etc.
