Added veggies
Breakfast: Egg omelette with veggies (spinach, onions, peppers and mushrooms)
Lunch: Mixed veggie salad (red lettuce, beet leaves, edamame, chickpeas, onions, red peppers, tomatoes, Brussels sprouts (shredded), pumpkin seeds, homemade vinaigrette)
Dinner: Lentil burger, carrots, Lima beans, mashed cauliflower with mushroom gravy (veggie broth and soy sauce cooked down)
Snacks: Protein shake with banana, spinach, blueberries, flaxseed and chia seeds. (I use water in my shakes. Made a batch in the the Nutribullet and divided it into two servings)
