You know what can feel better than that scale Moving? When you notice other non scale victories in your life! I'm down to a pant size I haven't worn since having my daughter 18 years ago! When I went to the doctor they used the normal size pressure cuff, and not the xxl one! And my blood pressure was amazing and much improved! Sometimes we get so focused on the scale number and need to step back and look at everything else! What are some non scale victories you have had? I would love to hear and celebrate!!
