W.O.W. - Win of the week

Hi ladies,


My win is a bit of a tough one. I thought about posting this as a challenge but I shifted my mindset to find the win. I will finish my 6th month of being a Wildflower Woman next week and I have been dancing around the same 3-4 pounds since early January. Definitely a different experience than my first 4 months. I’ve had some low moments, mostly out of frustration on Tuesday mornings. But the win is this - I have not given up.


I have made the choice to follow the program, follow the science, and use the tools available. So many times in the past, this would be the beginning of my breaking point. In the past, I would have accepted this situation as failure and it would have led to excuses and eventual defeat. Not today! I am staying true to my commitments, following the program, and choosing to focus on how far I have come in this health marathon!

I can completely understand how you feel and what your saying. That feeling of thinking your a “failure” always comes to surface at least expected times. Hang in there, as am I. We have to remember that our weight didn’t happen in 6 months, we are realigning are mindset and understanding our bodies reset.

I have to remember this is not a race.

Hang in there, you’ve got this and breathe. We will all hit our goals.
