I'm just reading something about a product I have never heard of. Looking to see if anyone is familiar although, I am not really interested in this protein "delivery" system ? I find it a bit odd and confusing ?! Maybe the Wildflower team has some input ? Just curious.
It's called Muscle Mist Protein Vape, an inhaled protein mist device ?? Again, I'm not considering it but am curious about what they'll come up with next ?? 🤔 TIA

This is very interesting, but I would say it needs more time and studies before we would recommend it. Protein waters are readily available and can be just as easy of a way to get in protein at the gym 🙂
