If I may give a suggestion. I switched to MagO7 from Amazon and it works like a charm. I follow about 10 different ppl on their GLP journey and several said this has really helped and I can tell you it worked for me. It says to take 3 but I would try taking 2 the first night to see how well your body responds. Inevitably it took 3 for me at first but then was able to go with just 2 as long as I was consistent. It has 3 different bottle sizes but Amazon initially shows the most expensive bottle.
