We often talk about the importance of scheduling your exercise to make sure it happens. This may look like physically writing it on your calendar or blocking your schedule at a specific time for your workouts. It may mean adding it to your weekly rhythm somewhere you can be consistent with it (after the kids go to school, after arriving home from work, right when you wake up, etc). Choose what works best for you, but decide ahead of time how you will fit your exercise into your schedule.
Remember to record your completion of the challenge in the Wildflower Chat on the homepage of the app. If you have completed the last few days of the challenge, itโs not too late to record those in the chat as well.
