New Outlook
Hey this is Linda and I wonder if you can relate! There is one summer dress I have owned for maybe 20 years and it fit me last 12 years ago. This dress has been my weightloss goal eversince. Today I realized that this dress is not a motivator but a punishment I put upon myself. When I look at it I see failure.
My next dress will fit me well because I am honest with myself. And the other next dress will be fitting even better. One pound at a time. Right now I will put it in the trash and it hurts.
But I can do it, you can do it, we can do it!!

I use to hold on to all my skinny clothes. In hope that one day I will wear them again, they were 10-15 years old. A few months back I donated them all and said to myself that I will treat myself to all new clothes! Looking forward to clothes shopping in the future!! Especially a mother of the bride gown !!
