Hi everyone! I’m Michelle (or Chelle, whichever you prefer). Glad to be here with all of you!
So I also tried to upload a pic and it didn’t work. Sorry! 😥
I had a protein packed Greek yogurt with blueberries, banana, flaxseed and roasted pumpkin seeds (3/4 cup). Just the yogurt and protein powder gave me 25 g of protein. Added the fruits and seeds for carbs and fiber. 😍
