Hi All - I am choosing to celebrate my consistency this week! Consistency for me means I bought into this process, eating correctly, exercising (even if I didn’t feel like it), and most of all giving myself grace when necessary! I am so thankful for this group ❤️.

Consistency has been a major factor for me too. This is the first time I have pushed myself through being discouraged. The Tuesday night chats help incredibly! I definitely use the 2-minute rule, so when I don't feel like exercising I tell myself- just 2 minutes...and sure enough I keep going. And I tell myself today I will make more healthy decisions than not - and then not perfection-focused. The planning of healthier food options and allowing me time has been crucial too. Good luck to you all who are slow turtles like me but who keep on going! I feel that my pounds lost are really adding up now, slow & steady. ❤️
