Morning All-

I hope everyone is having a great week. For those of you that may be like me and have a hard time sticking to a routine. I have found the best way to stay motivated and consistent is to set a small goal for the week and if I attain I reward myself with a little treat. Also I discuss with my husband what my goal is on Sundays and write it on the refrigerator whiteboard so it is visible and a reminder of what the weekly win and reward is. This week if I hit my workout goal of walking (5,000 steps a day) and completing all 3 weightlifting sessions I’m treating myself to a pedicure 😍. Reframing your mind to reward yourself when you meet your goals versus admonishing or punishing yourself when you don’t has helped me change things dramatically!
