Today’s challenge is for you to spend 5-15 minutes practicing mindfulness today. You can spend time listening to your favorite music, reflecting on your year, writing in a gratitude journal, practicing yoga, or anything else that brings you a sense of peace.
Remember to record your completion of the challenge in the Wildflower Chat. If you have completed the last 2 days of the challenge, it’s not too late to record those in the chat as well.
