Went to Boma at Animal kingdom lodge. It's been a favorite of mine for a while. Today I had a western omelette, some asparagus and half roasted tomato. While it was not the best bang for my buck today - I was proud of how my mind has gravitated towards healthier options. Typically I would load up on dessert pastries etc. Felr good to walk away satisfied with good choices.
