Challenge: Do a 20-second check-in before eating.


 Ask yourself: Am I hungry, tired, stressed, or just needing a break? Is this a treat I am intentionally choosing to enjoy?


 You don’t always have to change the choice—just noticing is helpful. Awareness builds trust and long-term success.

I stopped eating when my plate still had a lot of food. I listened to the hunger cues. That wouldn't happen in the past when its a celebration meal.
