Protein Powder How To?
Hi!
So how do you use protein powder? And actually enjoy it?
The only way I have ever used protein powder that I can handle the taste with is to mix it into baking muffins or making pancakes.
Obviously, making pancakes & muffins each week is not ideal for weight loss...
So what do you do?
I tried mixing some vanilla powder into my homemade latte and I couldn't handle the taste.
Any tips?
*I have the shakelee vanilla & chocolate powders to work with

Didn’t read that you didn’t like the protein with coffee until now 🙃 have you tried Javy coffee? It has 10g of protein per scoop and it’s really great! Doesn’t taste like protein at all to me… OR… canned protein, sometimes that’s better than the powders also.
