Does anyone take additional B12 supplements? I have started taking magnesium and vitamin D at night and it helps keep me from getting constipated but I was wondering if I should also start adding B12 and what do you use for that?

Vitamin B12 can be helpful if you are low or borderline low on the levels. Typically if the level is low, we recommend 1,000mcg Vitamin B12 sublingual which you can get over the counter 🙂
