Today I enjoyed a premier protein, shake for breakfast, cottage cheese and raspberries for a snack, some baked chicken for lunch, a chomp stick for a second snack and finally a steak salad for dinner. I never thought I would love cottage cheese as much as I do. I eat it daily and one for or another.
