To get in protein 5 times today!


Today’s challenge is for you to focus on the timing of your meals and snacks, and focus on protein intake. Many times with the holidays, our schedules get changed up and we fall out of routine. Focusing back on our rhythms and routines that lead to healthy habits will be very beneficial. If you have not had alarms set for your 3 meals and 2 snacks, I encourage you to set those today.


Remember to record your completion of the challenge in the Wildflower Chat on the homepage of the app. If you have completed the last few days of the challenge, it’s not too late to record those in the chat as well.


The Challenge:

Focus on having 3 meals and 2 snacks today, and start each meal or snack with a protein.
