There were some questions about magnesium at the coaching calls this week. Magnesium supplements should be taken at night versus the morning. A typical dose is better 100-200mf per day. You can get these on the Shaklee site in the “Sustained Release VitalMag” , “Chewable Cal Mag Plus” or the “Rest & Rewind”. I personally use the Rest & Rewind to help with sleep.

I did some research and magnesium Glycenate is supposed to be the best for sleep
Help. I can vouch for it working better then melatonin! Never slept better.
