1. Who is the provider that I will be seeing?

Anne Marie Noe is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with the state of Florida. She is the sole provider and founder of Wildflower Weight Loss. She has over 10 years of experience in medical weight loss and bariatric surgery. Anne has a passion to see women lose weight and keep it off, while simultaneously improving their quality of life. She is excited to help you with your weight loss journey as well!

2.Are all aspects of the program virtual?

Yes, all patient visits, coaching calls, and office hours are conducted via video chat. You can access the weekly coaching calls and office hours through the Wildflower Weight Loss app. For your personal visits with the nurse practitioner, you will receive a link via text to complete your visit, or you can log in using the Healow app.

3. Do you accept insurance?

We are self-pay only. Participants pay the cost of the program fee directly to Wildflower Weight Loss, we do not bill insurance or Medicare. You can utilize your insurance for medications and lab work. We will complete the necessary paperwork to help get your medications covered by your insurance including prior authorizations and appeals. Please reach out to the lab for estimated costs for lab work. You can submit for reimbursement of the program fee, medication costs, and/or prescribed protein meals to your FSA or HSA account. We will provide you a letter of medical necessity if requested. Unfortunately, due to specific regulations regarding self pay programs, we cannot accept patients who have Medicaid (We do accept patients with Medicare, although we do not bill Medicare).

4. How long is the program?

All programs are month-to-month, meaning you can cancel at anytime. Your time in the program depends on how much weight you would like to lose. On average, our clients lose 2-3 pounds per week.

5. Can I join the program if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Unfortunately, we do not see patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
