I never get on here but thought I’d share a few things I’m not sure people know about. Twisted Dough is a protein dough that you can eat on its own or in a smoothie to get extra protein. It’s 10g per 2 Tbsp. Some like it right out of the jar and some like me don’t like it on its own but in a smoothie it’s great. They have sales a lot. American Nutbutters is different peanut,cashew and almond butters that have yummy stuff in them but are a little less fat, carbs, sugar than regular peanut butter. Lastly I found Natures Own Protein bread that’s wheat bread. It’s 11g of protein per slice and only 75 calories. It’s been helping me get that little extra protein in when I’m not hungry or not feeling good and want toast. On Amazon there’s Smallows, they are marshmallows that are 50 calories per 27 pc serving and that’s 20g of soluble fiber. Zero sugar and the only carbs are the fiber. Lastly there’s Doctors Weightloss website that has a big variety of protein shakes and snack, etc from different brands as well. I know my friend has a hard time getting in all her protein so I thought I’d share how I help her get there. Hope this helps. Have a beautiful night.
